Digital products (e.g. training programmes, spreadsheets, templates, PDFs) are delivered electronically as downloads.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your download via the checkout page and/or email.

Digital products are for personal use only. You may not:
share downloads with others
resell or redistribute them
upload them to public websites or platforms
Some digital products are provided as spreadsheet files (e.g. Excel). You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible software. Many users choose to upload the file to Google Sheets and make a copy.
We may update digital products occasionally. Unless stated otherwise, purchases include the version available at the time of purchase.
Digital products are not a substitute for personalised coaching. If you want support, progression adjustments, or feedback, coaching services are available separately.
