What it is

I offer 1:1 strength and conditioning coaching both in person and online, built around one simple goal: helping people get genuinely stronger, confident with weights, and capable of smashing their goals.

There’s no copy-and-paste programmes. Every plan is built around the individual – their experience, lifestyle, injury history, and what they actually want to achieve. Whether that’s improving performance for sport, getting strong for the first time, or finally feeling comfortable in the gym.

I coach with structure, intent, and honesty – and always in a realistic way.
